Some countries prioritize the privacy and confidentiality of trade-related information, implementing strict regulations and policies to safeguard the data of companies and individuals involved in trade transactions. Non-disclosure of customs trade data ensures confidentiality and prevents unauthorized use or misuse of sensitive information. However, there is a solution available called Mirror Data. When Country A trades with Country B, import data is generated in Country B, and export data is generated in Country A. If Country A does not disclose its customs data, you can leverage Country B, which does disclose its customs data, to obtain the export data from Country A to Country B. It is important to note that this approach only works if either Country A or Country B discloses their customs data. If both countries do not disclose their customs data, the mirror data method cannot be applied.
