These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Access to the Site You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We may update, suspend, or restrict access to the Site at any time without notice.
2. Account and Services Access to any paid or subscription-based services is governed separately by the applicable Terms and Conditions and any other terms and conditions which you agree to. These Terms apply even if you are not a subscriber.

Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
11. Third Party Rights A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no right to enforce any of these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001.
